Cabernet Sauvignon Conserve by Leaning Oaks Vineyards

Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and earthy wine that offers a complexity, depth and richness of flavor. Our Cabernet Conserve is mellow and rich, but its deep, plum-rich color, shows a primary taste of black currant, chocolate, cocoa, and leather.

We blend wine from Texas high plains vineyards with wine made from grapes grown on our estate. After a short age in a new oak barrel, the wine takes on an aroma of oak and vanilla flavors. We add just the right amount of concentrate to let the wine present a medium sweetness.
