Raised on the smallest of U.S. foie gras farms, located in California’s Central Valley of Sonoma, this foie gras is a bit sweeter than usual -- the result of a 100% cooked corn diet. Animals are hand-raised with tender care under the strictest of animal care standards.

The foie gras has a nice firm texture and shape, holding nicely when pan-seared, sauted, or cooked in the over. Requires minimal de-veining. A delightful treat for you and guests when served with red meat or simply on toast points with a bit of our Apricot Jam. Viola!
