D'Artagnan Muscovy Duck Breast (Male)

Originally of warm weathered South American origins, these ducks are very thin skinned and reduced in fat, almost 40% leaner than Pekin ducks (or Long Island style). They are grown out 12 weeks, year round, to ensure consistency in weight and tenderness. Muscovy duck breasts have 50% more meat than Pekin ducks’ of the same weights. They are great to sauté or grill.
