Two classic flavors – Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate (67% cacao) – can be made and enjoyed as they are or use them as jumping off points for other great flavors with the included recipes. Dark Chocolate kits come with recipes for dark chocolate raspberry truffles (alcohol and non-alcohol versions), dark chocolate orange (alcohol and non-alcohol versions) and dark chocolate peppermint truffles.
